Adds a Horizontal Band (Comm Band) to Internet Explorer 4.0 and up.

Need to select

  View > Explorer Bars

from the IE main menu.  Vertical Bands are on the top with Horizontal Bands on the bottom


Run Register.bat to register the DLL and Unregister.bat to unregister it.
